Information you provide
We may receive your email address and the content of messages you send to hello@rangeclarity.com. We use that information to respond, provide beta onboarding, and send product or access updates relevant to your request.
Checkout and payment information
Purchases are completed on Lemon Squeezy's hosted checkout. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and processes payment, tax, billing, refund, and fraud-related information under its own terms and privacy policy.
RangeClarity does not receive your full payment-card details. We may receive order details needed to confirm access and support your purchase.
Basic technical information
Our hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and error logs to deliver and protect the site. We do not sell this information.
First-party campaign measurement
We use a temporary, random session identifier and campaign parameters in the page address to understand whether a visit reaches a trial request or checkout. These measurement events do not contain your email address, TradingView username, payment-card details, or chart activity. Temporary campaign attribution is kept in your browser's session storage and is cleared when that browser session ends. A pseudonymous copy of measurement events may be retained server-side to calculate aggregate conversion rates and campaign attribution.
Aggregate traffic and performance measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate site traffic and real-world loading performance. Before these events are sent, RangeClarity removes query strings and page fragments and excludes administrative, operational, and design-preview routes. We do not send form contents, email addresses, TradingView usernames, signup references, payment details, or chart activity to these services.
How information is used
- Provide beta access, onboarding, updates, and customer support.
- Confirm purchases and maintain access records.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site.
- Meet legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and compliance obligations.
Retention and requests
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above or as required by law. To ask about, correct, or delete information held by RangeClarity, email hello@rangeclarity.com. Payment records controlled by Lemon Squeezy may be subject to separate legal retention requirements.
Financial information
RangeClarity provides chart context for educational and analytical use. It does not provide financial advice, recommendations, trade signals, or guarantees of performance.
